The Day That Kyle Braybrook Made the cut for the Spelling Bee

It was a cold winter morning when Kyle Braybrook showed up to school and he thought it was going to be a normal day. He said, "Gewillikers it is cold outside." He sat on the normal bench he sat on every morning with his friend.

They all said,"Hey Kyle."

He said "Hey everybody."

It wasn't until the bell rang that morning when Mr. Peel said, "Hey Kyle are you ready for that big spelling test this morning?"

Kyle went into panic mode.

It was five minutes till the spelling bee and Mr. Keown said, "Get out a piece of paper Braybrook." So he did.

The first word came and it was tricky. The word was slogan. Mr. O said it a couple times and used it in a sentence. A couple more words came then he came to the hardest of them all heartthrob with two t's who knew. It was the end of the spelling bee and people were anxious to get their tests back. Kacee was sure she got it all wright.

We were doing math when Mr. Wilson said, "Finished." Then showed everybody their mark and Kyle got 13 out 15 and was wondering what the cut was...

This Christmas Break

This Christmas break was full of fun, I did so much stuff with my family and friends.

every morning there was shinny from 11 till 3 so I hardly missed a day and I would tell my friends to meet me at the rink.

Christmas day was great I got lots of presents. I got hockey equipment new clothes new movies and a ton of other stuff.

At the end of Christmas break Derek got home from Mexico and he stayed at my place for two nights and we watched the World Juniors game and it was awesome.

Last night the finals to the World Juniors were on and Canada lost what a crappy way to end off the break.

New Year's Resolution

I have five New Year resolutions and here they are:

1. I want to learn how to sew on a button correctly in Mr. Wilson's Home EC class.

2. I want to be able to have a harder shot in hockey before the year ends.

3. I want to be able to grow 1 foot this year.

4. I would like to win the lottery this year.

5. I want to learn how to ski for the next ski trip.
